At Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt. Ltd. we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Time Frame: Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

Product Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and have the tags attached.

Accessories: Returns or exchanges are not supported for accessories [Undergarments, Socks, Cap etc… ] unless the products arrive damaged.

Exchange Limitations: Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Visit our Return/Exchange Page to submit your request.

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.

If your pincode is not serviceable, please contact our customer care team for guidance on how to manually send the return.

Note: Only products that are approved for return will be refunded. Any additional products returned without prior approval will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Fees

Return/Exchange Shipping: All return and exchange requests are free. If manual shipping is required, we will reimburse up to ₹150.

Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can raise a return request by attaching supporting evidence such as photos or videos. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds swiftly and smoothly.
Refund Time Frame

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be sent to the UPI ID provided during the return request.

Alternatively, a payout link will be sent to your mobile number. You can redeem the amount using your preferred method. The link will expire after 15 days, so please ensure to redeem it within this timeframe.

Shipping charges for COD orders are non-refundable.
Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, we recommend contacting us along with a bank statement from the date of the transaction to the current date, so we can investigate the issue.
